Back to Library

During this closing period due to COVID-19 prevention, the Library will follow your information need providing many digital content.

Library staff is on duty (by remote working) and remain accessible to you for any questions you may have: contact us by mail or phone, see here Contacts. We are doing everything necessary to make sure our resources and research tools remain fully available. We’re also working with publishers to enhance simultaneous access to databases.

First of all, remember to log in to the VPN if you are not working with the School net.

From the databases page you may access the specialist ones, such as Orbis, IEEE, Lexis, Westlaw, etc. or consult the scientific publications available on the most important international and interdisciplinary editorial sites (Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, etc.).

You can take advantage of the Italian Law content from these platform: the Wolters Kluwer’s Leggi d’Italia, Pluris and Giuffré. International Legal ebooks and handbooks are available from Oxford University Press. Read more here.

For biomedical research, we remind you Embase: a biomedical database that covers the most important international biomedical literature. Visible Body by Ovid, offers you the opportunity to study with a collection of interactive 3D models of human anatomy.

OneSearch simplifies your search with a single interface for accessing numerous full-text documents:  the ebooks collection, the ejournals collection, and other digital resources.

In any moment you can get help from our Guides & Tutorials page, with getting started and in-depth information about the most relevant databases.

Bibliodta Staff continue to provide assistance to students (bibliodta@santannapisa.it) with theses and project works uploaded on DTA, the institutional repository of the Sant’Anna School. We carry out formal, bibliographic controls on papers and dissertations. Patrons can also consult authorized papers, from the public access interface of DTA.
